WHAT PLATFORM IS THE ME ACADEMY INSTRUCTION?

You’ll receive an invitation to join the private Facebook group for members only.  All of your content and access to videos and meetings will be in the group.

WHAT FORMAT IS THE INSTRUCTION PROVIDED IN?

ME ACADEMY- Midlife EmPOWERment Academy is a 6-month academy where we meet weekly as a group. The academy is filled with live 6-months of instruction, PDF resources, and 3 invitations to schedule a one-on-one virtual coaching session.

WILL I LOSE ACCESS AFTER THE 6 MONTHS?

Yes, the group will expire 2 weeks after October 31st, 2023; however, you will have the option of creating a friend circle outside of the support group and you will have access to all the handouts, and work you do within the Academy.  I do recommend that you maximize your time in the program by showing up to the live calls and watch the replays in the Facebook group.  It is highly recommended to ensure that you access the live calls as much as possible, as that is where the coaching and learning will be most helpful and useful throughout the academy.

DO I NEED TO BE A MOM TO JOIN THIS ACADEMY OR CAN I BE A WOMAN STRUGGLING WITH MIDLIFE?

Absolutely not! I’ll teach you how to tune into your inner knowing, carving away the hesitations, worries, fears that are currently keeping you from living the life you get to live everyday.  Being a Mom is not a requirement to access this academy.

I WORK FULL TIME. CAN I FIT THIS ACADEMY INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?

The academy is for you if you struggle with the challenges that you are facing as a woman in midlife years.  If you want to live life differently then you are right now, and you are ready to learn new ways of being that have proven success rates, you'll want to ensure you carve time out for yourself in this Academy.  Would you support someone in your family to get to classes if you knew it was going to help them?  Then why not carve out the same time and commitment for yourself?
