The Room

You don't have to do midlife alone anymore.

Every week I sit with women — on the podcast, in SPARK rooms, on Card Pull Sundays — and underneath all of it I hear the same quiet truth: "I feel invisible. I'm surrounded by people and I still feel alone."

I built The Room for that.

What it is

The Room is a twice-monthly gathering on Zoom for women in midlife. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. I pull a SPARK card. We talk. Really talk. The kind of conversation you can't have at the kitchen table because everyone there needs something from you.

What it isn't

This is not a course. There is no curriculum, no homework, no fixing each other. It is not coaching and it is not therapy. You don't have to be wise or healed or have it figured out. You just show up as you are.

The promise

Women who know your name. Women who notice when you're gone. A room where you are seen.

When one woman turns her light on, the rest of the room catches fire.
